How did you get started with bodybuilding?

I used to do a variety of sports like pilates, yoga or ballet, but a year ago I discovered my love for bodybuilding. First with the goal to keep my body in shape, but then to start as a bikini-athlete on stage.

How do you stay so motivated?

I motivate myself by presenting my body on stage.

What is your training routine like?

• Day 1: Shoulders, Biceps, Cardio
• Day 2: Abs and Legs
• Day 3: Back, Triceps and Cardio
• Day 4: One hour cardio
• Day 5: Glutes, Chest and Abs

If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?

Tackle for abs, Hip Thrust for a sexy butt and Sidelifting for the shoulders.

What is your favourite form of cardio?

Fitness Stepper, Crosstrainer and Ergometer.

What is your diet like?

• Proteins: Chicken, Fish and Whey Protein
• Carbs: Oats, Rice, Sweet Potatoes
• Fats: Nuts, Olive and Walnut Oil

What supplements do you use?

• Whey Protein
• BCAA’s

What are the highlights of your fitness career?

2nd Place at the East German Championship, therewith the qualification for the international German Championship.
