How did you get started with bodybuilding?
As a child I was always active in a variety of sports, such as basketball, volleyball, etc.
Specifically, I started with weight training 4 years ago.
How do you stay so motivated? What drives you?
My work which relies on my appearance motivates me to keep going to the gym. I like to have a lean body and training with weights helps me to achieve that. Working out also eliminates stress and keeps me calm, it has become an integral part of my life.

What is your training routine like?
Because of my tight schedule my time is quite limited so I follow a 3 day cycle routine which consists of basic exercises. 2 Days upper body and 1 day lower body (glutes and abs). My workouts are intense, don’t exceed 45 minutes, and my goal is to burn fat which I obviously don’t have (hahaha) while improving my physique and stage performance.

Cross Trainer
What is your diet like?
- Meal 1: 1 Cup of green tea, fruit salad (2 tbsp of berries, 1 small peach, ½ apple), 2% yogurt with probiotics
- Meal 2: 3 Dried prunes or apricots, 15 almonds
- Meal 3: Green salad with ½ avocado, 150 gr lean beef, 1 cup of brown rice or a potato
- Meal 4: 1 Bowl of strawberries with stevia powder and 10 almonds
- Meal 5: 2 Bell peppers stuffed with quinoa
