How did you get started with bodybuilding?
I was a really skinny kid growing up and I used to get bullied and picked on a lot. Towards the end of high school I’d had enough and started lifting weights and eating a ton and took creatine… I blew up quick because by senior year I was known as the biggest guy in high school! People treated me a lot different after that!
What keeps you motivated?
I’m motivated by the fact that I know I am far from my ultimate potential. As long as I do my part and put in the work my body seems to cooperate and improve and seeing those improvements occur gives me motivation to keep pushing further!

- Monday - Quads and Calves
- Tuesday - Chest
- Wednesday - Arms and Abs
- Thursday - Hamstrings and Glutes
- Friday - Back
- Saturday - Rest
- Sunday - Shoulders
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
- Squat - Squat is king! The best bang for your buck… the squat works so many muscle groups at once… You rarely see someone with a good set of legs that doesn’t squat.
- Bench Press - I have a big chest and attribute most of it to heavy bench presses. This exercise also works your shoulders and triceps so again… really good bang for your buck.
- Pullups - I’m known for my crazy back development and pullups are one of the mainstays in my back routine. I have a really good mind muscle connection with my back on this exercise and always develop a really good pump afterwards.

What is your favourite form of cardio?
Steady state walking on an inclined treadmill

What is your diet like?
In the offseason I’ll usually have an egg white meal with oats and Greek yogurt in the morning. I have 2 chicken meals with rice and avocado, 3 beef meals with rice, and usually whey isolate with cream of rice after I workout.
What supplements do you use?
Whey Protein Isolate, BCAAs, Omega-3s, Multivitamin
