How did you get started with bodybuilding?
I started at the age of 17, because I wanted to lose fat.
What keeps you motivated?
Working out and creating my body. The dedication, the willpower and the changes that you can see day by day. To be better than others. Work harder… eat cleaner and lift heavier. What you invest is what you earn!
What is your current workout routine?
I train 5 days a week, every muscle once per week. I combine big with small muscle groups. After quadriceps and back/traps I have a rest day.
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
- Squats: Because it’s the best one for building leg size.
- Bench press: Best exercise for chest size because it stimulates perfect the whole chest.
- Barbell rows: Because for me is the best one to gain mass and you can work with different angles to stimulate different fibers.

What are your future goals?
To build quality muscle with time not to fast and have a striated look with lots of separations and do it for a long time. Work harder every day. Eat cleaner every day… look crazy day by day.
