How did you get started with bodybuilding?
My father was my motivation, when he was younger he wanted to become a bodybuilder but his situation and resources did not allow him to. Bodybuilding became a dream my father and I shared. I later moved to the United States when I was about 15 years old, this is when I really got into bodybuilding.
What keeps you motivated?
Watching superhero movies and of course looking up to Arnold!
What is your current workout routine?
- MONDAY: Chest, Biceps
- TUESDAY: Back
- WEDNESDAY: Shoulders, Triceps
- THURSDAY: Hamstrings, Quads touch up
- FRIDAY: Chest
- SATURDAY: Back
- SUNDAY: Full heavy legs workout
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
- Squats
- Rack-pulls
- Dumbbell single arm rows
Because those are “The Godfather” of thickness!

Outdoor with my dog.
What is your diet like?
Currently on prep, 7 meals a day.

What supplements do you use?
Protein, BCAA, Glutamine, Creatine and pre workout.
What are your future goals?
To win Mr. Olympia and pursue my acting career.
