How did you get started with bodybuilding?
After an injury in football I signed up at a gym.
What keeps you motivated?
I have a firm goal in mind and that motivates me every day to work harder.
What is your current workout routine?
- Monday - Legs
- Tuesday - Off
- Wednesday - Chest/Triceps
- Thursday - Off
- Friday - Back/Abs
- Saturday - Shoulders/Neck
- Sunday - Biceps/Abs
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
- Squats
- Bicep curls
- Bench press
I find the pump in these exercises always so extreme.

What is your favourite form of cardio?
I love the stepper!
What is your diet like?
In the off-season I eat 5500 calories and when on diet I’m at 3500 calories.

I use many supplements.
