How did you get started with bodybuilding?
I got into bodybuilding at the age of 16, I joined a local boxing gym and soon became interested in the aesthetic side of training rather than getting hit in the face as I was never really very good at that.
What keeps you motivated?
I have a burning desire to be the best I can and I am motivated by the circle of people around me, friends which I made by isolating myself from negativity and being in the gym full of positivity and progression.
What is your current workout routine?
Tired, but now I’m eating more calories, my strength is through the roof, my routine is usually 6 days a week.

- Day 2: Shoulders and Calves
- Day 3: Back / Biceps and Hams
- Day 4: Quads / Hams
- Day 5: Cardio and Abs
- Day 6: Arms and Cardio
If you had to choose only 3 exercises, what would they be and why?
These are good overall and key thickness exercises very beneficial to the physique.
- Lateral pull down
- Squat
- Incline dumbbell chest press
Competition history:
I am the European junior fitness model champion 2015 for Miami pro, and recently placed badly in the Wbff London fitness model category for being to full and big for the category on the day I was admittedly suited to the muscle model category.
What is your favourite form of cardio?
Favorite cardio is no cardio, however I would choose the stair master as the best or a physical sport such as climbing.
What is your diet like?
My diet is strict and I live as an athlete 6/7 days a week but enjoy a cheat meal usually once a week or I allow healthy snacks once or twice a week.
What supplements do you use?
I currently use Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men Multivitamins and CLA in the morning along with Zinc Complex. I use USN Whey Isolate Protein and ZMA / Omega oils at night.
