That’s why many people who meditate, start doing yoga also. That is a great way to wake up your body as well and boost your creativity and energy even more.

You’ll be healthier

Meditation is all about learning to focus on your breath. When you breathe correctly, your blood flow will increase, your heart rate will slow down, oxygen consumption will be reduced and your body will be energized. All this means that you will be healthier since your immunity level will be enhanced.

Moreover, meditation is a great way to drift away into sleep. Of course, this means that the quality of your sleep will be better. This, in turn, will lead to an increased production of both testosterone and human growth hormone in the body.
