WORKOUT A

Quads Leg extensions (warm-up) 2 12
Smith-machine squats 3 10,8,6
Hamstrings Stiff-legged deadlifts 3 10,8,6
Calves Standing calf raises 3 20

TRAINING NOTES

  • Before the workout, warm up for 10 minutes on a stationary bike.
  • Perform one light warm-up set of 15 reps prior to the first main set of each exercise.
  • Use proper training form.
  • Rest 1-2 minutes between sets.
  • Stretch between sets.
